Thermoworks High Temp Cooking Probe for Signals, Smoke, and ChefAlarm

The Pro-Series High Temp Cooking Probe has a 6″ long probe with a right-angle bend for easy pulling from meats or turkeys. Probe tip and sensor read temperatures to 572F for deep-frying. Good general-purpose probe that reaches the center of large roasts and turkeys.

Designed for use in the commercial kitchens and professional settings, the Pro-Series Probes deliver better accuracy, faster readings, unique designs, wider temperature ranges and better moisture resistance than the probes sold with low-cost houseware-grade temperature alarms.
